Collection of Certificates Back

If you are unavailable to collect your examination certificate for the 2017 HKDSE on the Speech Day on 2nd December, you can collect it from the General Office during school office hours from 11th December. Please contact Ms Christy Sum at 2336 3034 to make the necessary arrangements. If you are unable to collect the certificate in person, you can authorize a representative to act on your behalf. Your certificate will be given to your representative only on production of an authorization letter. (Click here to download.)

On receiving the certificate, please check if all the data on it is correct. If any amendments need to be made, please complete an amendment request form and hand it in to Ms Sum, who will help you follow your case.

Any amendments of personal data on a certificate will be made by the Hong Kong Examination and Assessment Authority free of charge if the request is received on or before 31st December 2017. For requests made between 1st January 2018 and 31st March 2018, a fee of $238 will be charged. No amendment of personal data on a certificate will be accepted after 31st March 2018.

The school is required to return all unclaimed certificates to the authority at the time when certificates for the 2018 public examinations are to be collected.
