4. Students should be accompanied by their parent(s)/guardian(s) during the registration process. They are reminded to bring along the following items:
4.1. Allocation / Admission Slips
4.2. Hong Kong birth certificate, Hong Kong identity card or other documentary evidence showing the student’s permanent residence in Hong Kong and his/her date of birth
Note: If parents/guardians are unavailable during the registration period, a written authorization is required.
5. Parents/Guardians are advised to bring sufficient cash, or other acceptable means of payment stipulated below, to make payment for the following on the day:
