Form 1 Student Registration (2024-2025)

  1. Dates:     Thursday, 11th July and Friday, 12th July 2024
  2. Time:       9:00a.m. – 12:30p.m., 2:00p.m. – 4:00p.m.
  3. Venue:    Covered Playground
  4. Students should be accompanied by their parent(s)/guardian(s) during the registration process. They are reminded to bring along the following items:
  • Allocation/ Admission Slips
  • Hong Kong birth certificate, Hong Kong identity card and/or other documentary evidence showing the student’s permanent residence in Hong Kong and his/her date of birth
  • Note: If parents/guardians are unavailable during the registration period, a written authorization is required.
  1. Parents/Guardians are advised to bring sufficient cash or other acceptable means of payment stipulated below to make payment for the following on the day:
