The Athletics Meet was held at Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground on two separate days, April 11 and April 24. To kick off the event, an opening ceremony led by Principal Ms. Law took place on the morning of April 11, met with applause and cheers from our schoolmates. The competition commenced shortly after.

Our athletes participated in a variety of events, including sprinting, hurdles, and relays on the track, as well as discus, high jump, long jump, shot put, and triple jump in the field events. Students sat in the spectator stands according to their houses, cheering in unison for their teammates. We witnessed our schoolmates break personal records and push their limits, showcasing their best abilities. The atmosphere was vibrant as participants radiated energy and enthusiasm, celebrating their talents and sportsmanship.

The event concluded on the afternoon of April 24 with the Closing Ceremony, during which Green House was announced as the overall champion of this year’s Athletics Meet. We also congratulate classes 1B, 2E, 3A, 4D, and 5E for winning the inter-class relay competition.

We were honored to have our former alumna Ms. Lau, a member of the Hong Kong China Rowing Association, delivered a speech on the deeper meaning of sports. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our teachers, student helpers, and janitors who worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth running of the Athletics Meet. Special thanks to Ms. Lau, Mr. Choi, and Mr. Yau for their exceptional organization of this event. We extend our gratitude to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground for their support in ensuring a smooth event, allowing our students to create precious memories.
