On Saturday, May 17, the BHJS Alumni Association hosted a delightful Coffee Appreciation Workshop that brought together a vibrant community of participants, including teachers, the Principal, alumni from various sectors, parents, IMC Managers, and chairpersons of the Parent-Teacher Association.
The workshop featured Mr. Felix Lo, our esteemed former chairperson of the BHJS Alumni Association, who expertly guided attendees through the rich tapestry of coffee culture. He introduced the nuances of various coffee bean origins, explored diverse production methods, and shared insights on extraction techniques, brewing, and roasting. This immersive experience deepened participants' appreciation for the art of crafting exceptional coffee. The event not only strengthened the bond between the Alumni Association and the school but also created a warm atmosphere where everyone could savor coffee together, fostering meaningful connections among attendees.
The success of this gathering was a testament to the collaborative spirit of our alumni, particularly the current chairperson, Mr. Kevin Wu, and the former chairperson, Mr. Felix Lo.
