The Careers and Life Planning Committee has been busy supporting our students' future paths! Here's a look at some recent key events:
F.5 Careers Fair
On April 12th, our committee hosted a Careers Fair for all F.5 students. We were fortunate to have numerous alumni from diverse fields, such as doctors, engineers, lawyers, and accountants, return to share their valuable experiences. This event was a great success, providing students with a clearer understanding of future career planning.
F.3 Electives Consultation
The annual F.3 Electives Consultation Day on May 13th proved extremely helpful for F.3 students making their subject selections. Our senior F.5 students thoroughly explained the characteristics of each elective subject and patiently answered their juniors' questions, effectively guiding them to choose the most suitable subjects.
F.5 Careers Talk
On the evening of May 16th, F.5 students and their parents gathered in the school hall for an F.5 Careers Talk organized by our committee. After an opening address by Principal Ms. Law, Ms. Ho, Mr. Leung, and Mr. Li from the Careers Guidance Team provided detailed explanations of the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS), various higher education pathways, and available school support resources. This talk was crucial for students as they plan their post-secondary education journey.
A heartfelt thank you to Principal Ms. Law, Ms. Ho, Mr. Leung, Mr. Li, all members of the Careers and Life Planning Committee, and all participating F.3 and F.5 students and alumni for their dedication and support! We hope that all students who attended these events gained valuable insights.
