Our Students Achieved Outstanding Results in the “Hong Kong Inter-School Coding Challenge 2025–26”
2026-08-26

Our students participated in the “Hong Kong Inter-School Coding Challenge 2025–26” and achieved outstanding results, winning multiple awards and bringing honour to the school.

The competition aimed to cultivate students’ computational thinking, problem-solving skills and logical thinking through coding. It also encouraged students to explore technological innovation in depth and put the spirit of “Code Together, Think Deeper” into practice. The competition content integrated STEM education with the compulsory part of the DSE ICT curriculum, covering various practical question types such as fill-in-the-blanks, debugging and completing code segments. It tested participants’ programming knowledge, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

In this territory-wide competition, our students demonstrated solid programming abilities and outstanding performance, receiving the following awards:

Individual Award: Overall Champion — 4A CHAN YAT LONG LUCAS
Individual Award: Outstanding Student Award — 3E LOO CHECK KIT JACK
School Award: Excellence School Award — Second Runner-up

The awards ceremony was held on Monday, 24 August 2026, at the Main Stage of the Hong Kong Computer & Communications Festival, Exhibition Hall 1A, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Our award-winning students attended the ceremony to receive recognition and shared the joy of their achievements with guests and participating schools.

The school extends its heartfelt congratulations to the award-winning students and expresses sincere gratitude to the ICT teachers for their dedicated guidance. These achievements fully demonstrate the school’s commitment to promoting Information Technology education and nurturing students’ innovative thinking. The school will continue to encourage students to actively participate in various STEM and coding activities, broaden their technological horizons, enhance their problem-solving skills, and equip themselves to meet the challenges of the future digital society.

Congratulations once again to all award-winning students!
