Fan Lai Sze from 4D excels both in her academic performance and conduct. She was awarded the Ng Teng Fong Scholarship 2018 co-organized by the Ng Teng Fong Charitable Foundation Limited and the Hong Kong Council of Social Service to praise her for her outstanding performance in her studies and active participation in public services.
